At AHA Mental Health, our goal is for you to become the person you want to be.


AHA stands for “Achieve Healthy Authenticity.” What does that mean? Simply this: Our goal is supporting you on your journey to your best self.


How do we accomplish this? First of all, it’s a joint effort between the client and the counselor.


  • We ask questions. 
  • We listen. 
  • We discuss. 


It’s all with the goal of discovering and understanding where you want to go. Then we work together to help you move in your desired direction.


AHA Mental Health provides comprehensive counseling services, with a focus on children, adolescents and young adults. Founder Lee Harris has an extensive background in child and family therapy, substance abuse and trauma recovery. He is a registered play therapist.


AHA Mental Health offers both in-office and virtual appointments.
