Everyone needs someone to talk to. Even if your parents and friends are good outlets, they might not want to be your therapist. I have the education and training to help, but my main focus is to form a strong relationship with you and be a constant for you to connect with on a regular basis. The best part of my job is getting to connect with awesome people and help them achieve real and positive change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, working through trauma, or life changes/decisions, I’m here for you and look forward to connecting. I exclusively offer sessions online so that you can choose a place of privacy and comfort without having to drive to a physical location.
“Daring Greatly means: the courage to be vulnerable, it means to show up and be seen, to ask for what you need, to talk about how you’re feeling, and to have the hard conversations.” – Brene Brown
