Services at AHA Mental Health

AHA Mental Health provides comprehensive counseling services, with a focus on children, adolescents and adults.  Founder Dr. Lee Harris has an extensive background in child and family therapy, substance abuse and trauma recovery. He is a registered play therapist. Our other therapists have a wide range of specialties.

The cost of therapy ranges from  $100 to $150 per 50-minute session. Insurance can change the cost. 

Insurance

We accept BlueKC (All Blue Cross/Blue Shield), Meritain, Optum, Aetna, Cigna, ChampVA, GEHA and United Behavioral Healthcare.  We are working to expand our insurance network, and can bill out of network.

We accept payment via cash, check, HSA Card and credit. Payment can be made via our patient portal or in person.

Lowered Rates by Staff Therapists

We have partnered with Open Path Collective (https://openpathcollective.org/) to offer reduced rates for those who cannot afford the out of pocket costs. You can also email us at billing@ahamentalhealth.com and ask for a sliding scale application.
